Kurtz has developed an energy-efficient, steamless processing method that re-processes more recycled material than ever before!

Key feature: The Kurtz WAVE FOAMER is exclusively operated with electrical energy and is therefore ideal for the use of materials with a polar molecular structure. Using suitable additives, also a wide range of non-polar materials such as EPS can be processed with this new technology.

The advantages of the Kurtz Steamless Moulding Technology at a glance:

  • Steamless moulding process
  • High proportion of recycled material e.g. ≥ 70 % in EPS moulded parts
  • Energy savings of up to 90 %
  • Processing of high temperature resistant particle foams – fusion temperature up to 250 °C
  • No expensive media installation necessary
